I stumbled upon this film on Instagram and couldn’t resist checking it out. From the very first scene to the final credits, the film masterfully explores the intricacies of miscommunication, keeping the audience engaged and entertained throughout. The cinematography is exceptional, the music is captivating, and the dialogue is both witty and memorable. While I usually have reservations about short documentaries, this one stands out as a delightful exception. I highly recommend watching it in its entirety. Whylie Films and Robicheaux have delivered a captivating musical short film, making this a true classic.

Last night, I met this guy at an event at the Bad Astronaut. He was raving about this streaming platform called Frost Visions and how great it was. Intrigued, I decided to check it out. Initially, I thought it was a low-budget Tubi site with a bunch of mediocre films to attract viewers, but I was mistaken. I watched three films: Miscommunication, Da Idle Mindz, and Redness Relief. I’m eagerly anticipating the release of The Curriculum, which features the same guy I met at the event. The trailer had him in it, and I’m really looking forward to seeing that film. Overall, Miscommunication was a well-structured documentary with a powerful message. I’m now a proud member of the Frost Visions family.

This musical short film truly surprised me in a good way. From the very beginning, I was completely drawn in, and before I knew it, the credits were rolling, and time absolutely flew by, and I wanted more. Honestly, I could have easily watched another 22 minutes. Everything was authentic, and the storytelling was well-balanced, which added so much to the overall experience. The director and editor deserve credit as well from the sound to the visuals.

I’m not particularly fond of hip-hop music, but I stumbled upon this pop-up on Frost Visions’ new releases and was pleasantly surprised. Each scene carries its own poetic message, and the lyrics are so captivating that they keep you engaged throughout each song. I believe the artist Robicheaux did an exceptional job, delivering a remarkable performance. I’m a big fan of this streaming site and eagerly anticipate what’s next.

My friend showed me this new short film, and I must say, this is very different. Miscommunication is a poetic masterpiece, magnificent, and brilliant. lil Ron is a very good director, actor, host and story teller. I have been watching this guy on YouTube since 2022, and I must say he is going to be the modern-day Spike Lee. This is just a simple and straightforward short film with a little twist of storytelling. You will either love it or hate it, but this hip-hop film is very entertaining from start to finish.
